Council’s biosecurity team and Queensland Parks & Wildlife Service Mossman will be conducting aerial Hiptage surveys in October.

This will involve low-level operations in a helicopter around Mossman and surrounds on October 4 & 5.

Times are between 7.00am and 3.00pm on both days, weather permitting.

Areas include:

  • Mossman Gorge National Park
  • Mossman
  • South Mossman rivers and creek catchments
  • Finlayvale/Β Santacatterina area
