This is the sixth year of the popular ‘Palates of Port’, the fabulous modern degustation dinner at the iconic Port Douglas Sugar Wharf showcasing the creative talents of the cream of Port Douglas’ amazing restaurants and caterers.
This year’s theme will have the elegance and opulence of the Roccoco era. Come along to the Masquerade Ball – costumes and masks are encouraged.
The dinner will run from 5.30pm to 10.30pm with the option to stay and party on till midnight with a cash bar, music and dancing.
Each restaurant will design their course and wines will be selected to perfectly compliment each dish. Participating Restaurants and menus will be published on the website as soon as possible. This will be a sell out event and tickets will be made available very shortly to ensure visitors include this signature event when planning their Carnivale celebrations.
