The Return to Work and Wellbeing Officer works in partnership with operational Portfolios to facilitate a supportive and safe environment for employees, contractors, visitors and other stakeholders.

Primary Objectives: 

  • Provide effective and timely rehabilitation, return to work services, support for injured or ill employees and Council management.
  • Assist with the implementation of health and wellbeing processes, to achieve Council’s strategic objectives regarding workers compensation return to work and fitness for work.
