Douglas Shire Council is inviting residents to provide feedback on the Draft Water and Wastewater – Customer Service Standards 2025–2030, now available for public review.
These standards outline the level of service customers can expect from Council’s water and wastewater operations, including service connections, billing, metering, maintenance, and emergency response. They also detail Council’s obligations, customer responsibilities, and performance targets to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery across the Shire.
