Deputations to Council

Applications for a deputation to Council (where an appointed person or persons may represent a business or group of people on specific matter for discussion with Councillors), must be submitted in writing using the Deputation Request Form.  In general, deputations are held at Councillor Workshops (not formal Council meetings) to permit detailed discussions with Councillors and senior staff.  The date, commencement time and duration are subject to confirmation once the application is approved and when the agenda for the relevant workshop is finalised.
