Council provides a number of accessible, multi-purpose community halls, venues and public access areas such as parks, reserves and foreshore, which are available to book for special events.
To make a tentative booking, please call our Customer Service staff on 07-4099 9444.
Once a tentative booking has been made, you will need to complete an application form for either the hire of the venue or an approval to hold an activity or event in a public space (parks and reserves).
For small events, applications should be lodged a minimum of 14 days prior to the proposed event. For large events, applications should be lodged at least 6 weeks prior to the proposed event. Please contact our Events Officer to discuss larger events on 07-4099 9444.
