Council are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Officer to join the People and Culture team.
The successful applicant will deliver high quality customer service, build strong working relationships across the organisation whilst ensuring the positive promotion of Council at all times.
Primary Objectives:
- To deliver effective and compliant generalist human resources advisory and administration services to both internal and external stakeholders in accordance with relevant legislation, Council policies, organisational directives and work instructions.
- To deliver high quality customer service, build strong working relationships across the organisation and positively promote the department and organisation at all times.
