Rates & water notices via email

Opt in for Rates and Water Notices via Email

Opt in here

It’s easy and convenient to opt in to receive your Rates and Water Notices direct to your email inbox. You can then download, save, print or just leave the notices in your inbox to access and pay on the go.

This is an opt in service for both Rates and Water notices, which are issued at the normal times. If you do not opt in, you will continue to receive paper notices by post.

Please Note:

  • Registrations received will take effect from the next Rates/Water notice issue.
  • Rates and Water notices will be delivered to the same email address – only one (1) email address will be accepted per assessment even if there are multiple owners. If multiple owners, it is not Council’s responsibility to send notices to each owner.
  • If a Reminder Notice is issued, it will be sent via post not email.
  • If you are currently registered for notices with BpayView, this Opt in application will automatically deregister you from BpayView as Bpayview will be disabled after 30 June 2025.
  • To update or change the registered email address for your notices, please reregister again using your new email address.
  • This application is not treated as a change of address and does not update your postal or residential address with Council.
