You might notice a light aircraft flying at low levels across our region over the coming months (June to November).
It’s likely it’ll be taking part in an extensive survey spanning across north-east Queensland.
Geoscience Australia, in collaboration with the Geological Survey of Queensland, will be carrying out the survey. It’ll enhance the understanding of geology and natural resources of the region.
