A new flow meter will be installed this week on the interconnection bypass along Mossman Daintree Road, at the turnoff to Scomazzon Road.
This is an important step in increasing water security, to monitor water movement in the network and identifying leaks.
These works are commencing tomorrow and will be completed the same day.
There may be a small water supply interruption, including changes in water pressure.
