- To effectively and efficiently undertake a wide variety of landscape, horticultural and land management activities as directed by the relevant Ganger
- To work in a safe and environmentally sensitive manner.

- To effectively and efficiently undertake a wide variety of road maintenance and civil works activities as directed by the Ganger.
- To work in a safe and environmentally sensitive manner.
- To be a good team player.
- To work across all areas within civil works.
