Douglas Shire Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer on a part-time basis at the Mossman Pool and Caravan Park.
Hours will be a minimum of 16 hours per week and a maximum of 38 hours per week and will/can vary dependent on operational requirements of Council’s Swimming Pool and Caravan Park. Primary work days will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The purpose and function of the position is to provide friendly, professional customer service that creates a welcoming first impression for caravan park guests and patrons of the swimming pool.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated high-level customer service experience in hospitality.
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) or ability to obtain.
- Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID001) or ability to obtain.
- Possession of a Working with Children Check (blue card check) or ability to obtain.
