Residential MUD properties are entitled to a recycling & general waste collection service as part of their Council rates and service conditions.
To receive a service, body corporate and resident managers are encouraged to contact Council to commence a collection service. Council will check your entitlements and arrange for a site evaluation to assess the layout of the complex and accessibility for collection vehicles.
If wheelie bins can be accommodated on site, Council will arrange for the bin/s to be delivered. Please contact us on (07) 4099 9444 or email enquiries@douglas.qld.gov.au to arrange an on-site inspection and assessment for bin storage areas.
