This position leads the coordination and delivery of Council’s Reconciliation Action Plan, ensuring alignment with the requirements and timelines set by Reconciliation Australia. In this role, you will support and collaborate with the Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group and Reconciliation Advisory Committee, while working closely with internal teams and the broader community to plan and deliver initiatives that strengthen arts, place-making, and cultural participation.
Primary Objectives:
- Coordinate and drive the implementation of Council’s Reconciliation Action Plan, in line with the requirements and time frames set by Reconciliation Australia.
- Coordinate and support the Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group and Reconciliation Advisory Committee.
- Work in partnership with internal teams and the community to support the planning and delivery of projects and programs to enhance arts, place-making, and cultural participation.
