The Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS), offers free, impartial and confidential financial counselling for your small business, agribusiness and free business wellness coaching for your small or   rural business.

  • Department of Agriculture and Fisheries agricultural economists can help producers assess the costs and benefits of different management practices and systems. Contact 13 25 23.
  • Sustainability loans are available through the Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority qrida.qld.gov.au/program/sustainability-loan
  • Low-cost loans available through the Regional Investment Corporation to assist with investment in farm businesses ric.gov.au/loans
  • Australian Government’s Farm Household Allowance (FHA) provides assistance to farming families experiencing financial hardship for any reason. To discuss eligibility Farmer Assistance Hotline on 132 316 (8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday).
