Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Section 258 (3) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, a Special Meeting will be held on Monday 10 August 2020 commencing at 10.00am at the Council Chambers, 64-66 Front Street, Mossman to consider four items:

- Daintree Water bottling Facility
- Trustee Lease to Public Safety Business Agency on behalf of Kimberley Rural Fire Brigade – Lot 85 SP 219631 Forest Creek Road
- Prejudicial Matter S275 1 (d) Local Government Regulations 2012 – Rates Concession
Notice is given that in accordance with Section 277E of the Local Government Regulation 2012, the Special Meeting of Council will be closed to the public because of health and safety reasons associated with the public health emergency involving COVID-19.
The Special Meeting of Council will be available to view via Live Stream online and an audio of the meeting will be available on the Council Website at the time the minutes are made available.
