Rate notices were issued on 31 January 2024. Ratepayers have until the close of business 6 March 2024 to pay their accounts.
Payments can be made via different methods outlined on the Rates and Water Payment Options page of the Council website.
Anyone in the Douglas Shire Council area is having difficulty paying their account or if you do not receive your Rates Notice is asked to contact Council on Ph: 4099 9444
Please note, Australia Post currently have a backlog of deliveries and you may experience a delay in your rates notice being delivered.
