Notice of Special Meeting, Tuesday, 16 June 2026
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 254 C of the Local Government Regulation 2012, that a Special Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 16 June 2026 commencing at 9:00am at the Council Chambers, 64-66 Front Street, Mossman.
Business to be conducted at the Special Meeting will be:
- The adoption of Differential General Rates 2026-2027.
- Daintree Rural Fire Brigade – Special Charge 2026-2027.
- Mowbray Valley Fire Brigade – Special Charge 2026-2027.
- Thornton Peak Rural Fire Brigade – 2026-2027.
- Wonga Rural Fire Brigade – Special Charge 2026-2027.
- Bloomfield River Rural Fire Brigade – Special Charge 2026-2027.
- Refuse Special Charge 2026-2027.
- Utility Charges and Associated Rating Matters 2026-2027.
- Statement of Estimated Financial Position for 2025-2026.
- Annual Budget 2026-2027.
- Operational Plan 2026-2027
