Queensland’s 2020 general election voting period is from Monday, 19 October to election day on Saturday, 31 October 2020.
The Governor has issued a writ requiring an election be held on Saturday, 31 October.

Early voting
Early voting is now open until 6.00pm Friday, 30 October 2020. The Electoral Commission of Queensland (ECQ) has an early voting centre at the Mossman Shire Hall.
The early voting centres will be open from:

- 9.00am to 6.00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
- 9.00am to 9.00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday, 24 October.
