Summary of Notice of Intention to Acquire Land at Craiglie, Queensland

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 239 of the Local Government Act that at its ordinary meeting held on 30 July 2019 Douglas Shire Council resolved to give all interested parties notice of the Council’s intention to acquire the land listed in the Schedule below for overdue rates and charges in accordance with Section 149 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.
