Works Notice – Flagstaff Walking Track
Contractors will begin further walking track improvement works from Wednesday 23 September, with construction expected to take 5–7 days.
The project includes installing a 30‑metre secure rock‑armour path along a steep section of the track near the main beach end. These works will improve safety, stability and long‑term resilience of the track.
A detour will be in place, allowing the track to remain open throughout construction. Please follow all signage and directions at the site.
Council appreciates the community’s patience while these important works are completed.
