Water notices have now been issued. Ratepayers have until the close of business Monday 27 July 2026 to pay their accounts.
Payments can be made using a range of payment methods available on the Council website, including Payble, our direct debit payment platform which provides a simple and convenient way to manage payments and set up recurring payment options. You can sign up by scanning the QR code on your notice or via this link Payble – Login (douglas.qld.gov.au).
Ratepayers are also encouraged to register for MiWater, Council’s smart water meter portal. MiWater allows ratepayers to monitor their household water usage, track consumption trends and receive greater visibility over their water use to help identify unusual usage and better manage costs.
