Council holds regular meetings of its Ordinary Meetings and may from time to time call a Special Meetings. Any changes to meetings dates or times are advertised.

The Mayor presides over all Ordinary and Special Council Meetings.

The Ordinary Meeting of Council will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 10am.  The Meetings will held at the Council Chambers, Council Administration Building, 64 Front Street, Mossman.

Each meeting remains open and transparent to the public through a scheduled video live stream.  With the exception of items discussed in a ‘closed’ session, meetings are open to the public.

Please Note – In order to maintain appropriate social distancing protocols a limited number of seats have been made available for members of the public to attend meetings.  A staff member will be on hand to assist any member of the public when they arrive.
